Turnkey Facility Services

Facility Decommissioning is not a glamorous activity, but it is an essential aspect of your transition project. Within the terms of your lease, there are a number of terms you need to meet upon vacating your facility in order to receive your full security deposit. We provide complete lease review, analysis, and recommendations. Once a scope of work is defined, we provide the manpower, project management and resources to ensure you receive a full refund.

Facility Decommissioning consists of two unique services:

1. Asset Disposition – The removal of all non-affixed trade assets including excess office furniture, technology equipment and industrial racking and machinery. Items that can be resold will be credited to the client. Items with no resale value are disposed in compliance of environmental code or donated to non-profit organizations.

2. Space Restoration – The rendering of services associated with meeting lease requirements and returning the space to “broom swept” or “original condition.” These services include:

a. Demolition and reconstruction
b. Removal of voice and data cabling
c. Removal of data center machinery including chilling
units and UPS generators, signage and refuse
